Overview
Key Features
The NUNIX NH-02 is a compact 400W to 800W quartz (halogen) heater built to warm a small space almost the moment you switch it on. Unlike an oil-filled radiator, it needs no warm-up period. Its quartz tubes glow and radiate heat directly outward, which suits a study desk, a shop counter, or a single office rated for rooms up to about 10 square metres. At this price point, it is one of the more affordable ways to add heat to a single room without committing to a larger radiator.
Key Benefits
- Instant heat as soon as it is switched on, with no wait for fins or oil to warm
- Two power settings, 400W and 800W, selected with simple push buttons
- Safety grill in front of the quartz tubes keeps hands away from the hot element
- Tip-over switch and overheat protection cut power automatically if needed
- Lightweight plastic-and-metal body that is easy to carry between rooms
- Compact footprint that fits on a desk, floor, or shop counter
Performance
Quartz heaters like this one trade an automatic thermostat for simplicity and a lower price. There is no built-in temperature control, so you choose 400W or 800W depending on how cold the room is and switch it off yourself once it is warm enough. That makes it best suited to smaller spaces, up to roughly 10 square metres, where the heat has less distance to travel and you are usually in the room to keep an eye on the setting. It is not designed to heat an entire open-plan living area on its own, but for a single room it earns its keep quickly. Because the heat comes from direct radiant tubes rather than blown air, you feel warmth immediately in front of the heater. The plastic housing stays cool to the touch even while the tubes glow, and the two-button control means there is nothing to configure beyond picking a wattage.
Why Buy From Us
If you need to heat a larger room, or want something that runs quietly enough for a bedroom, our oil-filled radiator heaters run more quietly for a bedroom. Pair it with one of our WiFi smart plugs so you can switch it off remotely if you forget, and keep a rechargeable flashlight nearby for the power cuts that tend to come with heavy rain during the cool season. Every heater we sell is tested before it leaves our warehouse, and because it runs on a standard 240V socket, there is nothing extra to buy to get it working. Our team is available on phone and WhatsApp if you have questions before you order.
