Four bays handle Li-ion and NiMH chemistries independently of each other, spanning a genuinely wide size range from a small 10440 lithium cell up to a large 32650, and NiMH sizes down to the smaller AAAA format rarely supported elsewhere. Charging current is selectable per bay between 0.5A, 1A or 2A, so a delicate small cell and a large high-capacity cell in neighbouring slots can each run at the rate actually appropriate for their size.
