  Lumen Vault accepts returns as per the following policy:

  • You may return any defective or damaged products that have been delivered in this condition, and we will exchange within seven business days.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the customer must notify us within one day of receiving the item.
  • In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be received by us within 2 working days of the date of delivery.
  • We retain the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Lumen Vault will either re-deliver/replace the product
  • If a product is defective or damaged, we will replace or repair it and reship it to the customer's original shipping address, depending the availability of the product's stock.
  • If the returned goods is not defective or damaged, the customer will be notified, and the same product will be reshipped to the order's shipping address.
  • For a replaced/re-shipped product, the client is responsible for shipping/courier charges. We may offer free courier/shipping in specific cases at our discretion

  • If the product stock is unavailable, then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer
