Lumen Vault accepts returns as per the following policy:
You may return any defective or damaged products that have been delivered in this condition, and we will exchange within seven business days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the customer must notify us within one day of receiving the item.
In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be received by us within 2 working days of the date of delivery.
We retain the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Lumen Vault will either re-deliver/replace the product
If a product is defective or damaged, we will replace or repair it and reship it to the customer's original shipping address, depending the availability of the product's stock.
If the returned goods is not defective or damaged, the customer will be notified, and the same product will be reshipped to the order's shipping address.
For a replaced/re-shipped product, the client is responsible for shipping/courier charges. We may offer free courier/shipping in specific cases at our discretion
If the product stock is unavailable, then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer
