- The Peetpen pocket torchlight is one of the best Waterproof flashlights made by Wuben, a worldwide brand known for making high-quality flashlights. This particular flashlight is only 13cm in length and thus fits well in palm and pocket, yet the small flashlight got an impressive 1,200 lumens of brightness delivered by OSRAM P8 LED. The beam distance is up to 300m. It has a rear on-and-off switch for ease of use, and three brightness levels: low, mid & high. Additionally, it has a blinking light feature for self-defense and SOS for emergencies. The mode memory means that the light will remember the mode you were using when the light was last turned off, and when you turn it on again it will start up in that same mode.
